Bobbi Price began serving Colorado Springs real estate clients in 1977 and spent decades building a reputation as one of the area’s most respected Realtors. Today, she works alongside her granddaughter, Jade Baker, creating a unique partnership that blends experience, innovation, and a shared commitment to exceptional service.
Together with transaction coordinator Nicole Hawkins and team support specialist Trudy Wells, we help buyers and sellers navigate every stage of the real estate process with confidence.

Meet Bobbi
Nearly five decades ago, Bobbi Price took a leap of faith.
After building a successful career in sales, leadership, and talent management in California, she made the life-changing decision to move to Colorado Springs in 1977.
Friends and family questioned the move.
Bobbi believed Colorado Springs was exactly where she was meant to be.
She knew Colorado Springs was home.
With her four children by her side as a single mom, she planted roots, earned her real estate license, and began building what would become one of the most respected careers in Colorado Springs real estate.
Today, after nearly five decades in the business, she remains just as passionate about helping people as the day she started.
Her philosophy is simple:
Real estate is a people business, and homes are just the by-product.
While awards and recognition have followed throughout her career, what matters most to Bobbi is the trust her clients place in her and the relationships that continue long after the transaction is complete.
Today, Bobbi’s roots in Colorado Springs run deep. She treasures time spent with her children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren in the community she proudly calls home.

Long before she became a Realtor, she was watching one.
Growing up in Colorado Springs, Jade had a front-row seat to her grandmother Bobbi Price’s real estate career. She watched her build relationships, serve families, and create a reputation that would become one of the most respected in the industry.
She also learned something that continues to guide her today.
Real estate was never just about homes.
It was about people.
It was about helping families through exciting new chapters, difficult transitions, and some of life’s biggest decisions.
Years later, joining the family business felt less like choosing a career and more like continuing a legacy.
Today, Jade proudly works alongside her grandmother, bringing her own perspective, expertise, and passion for serving others.
As a Colorado Springs native, military spouse, and mother of four, she understands firsthand the importance of finding a home that supports every stage of life.
She has a special passion for helping military families navigate PCS moves and feel connected to the community before they even arrive.
